I realized, after I'd posted the first four parts of this, that there would be crutches (possibly) and painkillers (probably) involved. Please pretend at least he had painkillers. It's been... too many years to count since I had stitches (I was in second grade, and my 20 year reunion is this year. You do the math, I can't). Oh, and probably a roommate, but I didn't know who to have him room with, decided I really didn't want to deal with it, and so I didn't.
