Atsushi,

I made it, if you can believe it. It was insane, but most people seemed to be able to understand what I said. I think. At any rate, I found the place, so we all understood each other.

Wimbledon School of Art. It’s quiet here, and it’s a little… strange. I mean, there’s not even traffic noises, which there was at Minami, and the people are soft spoken. This is going to be fun.

You were right, by the way; that old suitcase of mine is a beast and fell apart – thankfully – just as I got into my dorm room. Seriously. Everything went every where; I was just glad my suitemate was… somewhere else until I got it all put away. It’s nice; I get my own place to sleep and live, with a shared common area and kitchen.

The other person in the flat – might as well call it that – is a girl; her name is… Annette Meyer. I think that’s spelled right. Feels weird! I have to introduce myself backwards. It’s amazingly… strange. You, too, right?

Class starts tomorrow, which is going to kill me; I’m writing you so I’ll stay up and not fall asleep before I’m supposed to. I’ll be okay if it doesn’t rain. And no, that’s not the only reason I’m writing. And it’s windy here; I left my cap home, so I’m going to have to find one of those, too, to keep my hair out of my face. Or else I’ll come home with it cut short.

How are you? Did you settle in okay? You’re going to turn into a lizard, aren’t you, laying about in the sun all day? It’d be about time.

It’s time to find food; I’m starving, and then I’ll finally get to go to bed.
